Absolutely! Whatever payment method you choose, you can rest assured it will be safe with us.

Not at all!  You could arrange for your package to be sent to your work or perhaps a friend.

If neither of the above are suitable or you just don't want to wait in, we can send your order via Collectplus - an extra discreet delivery service that allows you to collect your package from a local participating store at a time that suits you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Enter the address of the Collectplus store of your choice in the shipping address section when you place your order.  If you don't we will select one for you.  (You can check which stores are in your area here )
  

• You will receive an email directly from Collectplus when your package has arrived and is ready for collection.

• Take the details of the email to the store together with your ID and collect your package

IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!!

Absolutely!  All of our packaging is highly discreet and package contents are not visible from the outside.

We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible but in order that we can offer you a wide variety, we don’t hold all colours and sizes at all times. Sometimes we will have to order it directly from the manufacture or will be making your garment by hand. 

Approximate delivery times are as follows but please refer to the delivery information tab on each item as a guide:-

• FOOTWEAR - 3 to 5 working days but do allow 7 to 10 working days
• LINGERIE - 3 to 5 working days
• HOSIERY - 3 to 5 working days
• MADE TO ORDER - 14 to 21 working days but do allow 28 working days

If your order contains a mixture of items (eg. footwear & made to order dress), we will hold the whole order until everything is ready and send it all together.  If you would prefer us to split the order and send you the items separately, we will happily do so but please note further shipping charges will apply.
