Returns Information

We hope you will love the item(s) ordered from us but do appreciate that you may have chosen the wrong colour, size or the purchase just isn’t suitable for you.

Don’t worry it’s no problem at all. You are welcome to return any item (unless specified on the listing, made-to-order or custom-made) for either an exchange or refund providing that the following conditions are met:-

1. You contact us and return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

2. The items are returned in their original condition and packaging (unmarked and unworn with tags intact, where applicable).

It is recommended that you try any clothing on over your own and footwear with stockings to avoid marking as spoiled items will not be accepted.

All return postage costs are payable by you and are non-refundable.

Postage and packaging costs for exchanges to another size, style or colour are FREE within the UK and the original shipping charge will be payable for destinations outside of the UK.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked before despatch so we would not expect there to be any fault with your order. However, in the unlikely event that one arises please do not hesitate to contact us for further instructions.

Please ensure that any package returned to us contains details of your name, address, order number, reason for returning and requirements. If this information is not included, it will delay the process.

When returning packages from outside of the UK, please mark your package clearly with RETURNED GOODS

It is recommended that you return all packages via a recordable method as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us.
